What are annotations?

Annotations are text, graphics and objects that you can include on bar charts. You could use annotations to:

  • Highlight important dates such as meetings, deliveries and completion dates.
  • Write 'reminder notes' to yourself or other team members so that important issues are not forgotten.
  • Include your company logo or other illustrations.
  • Link to objects or data stored in other programs using OLE.

You create annotations using the text, picture and OLE annotation tools.
