Selecting annotations
To select an annotation, move the pointer over the annotation then click. Alternatively, press CTRL SHIFT I to select the first annotation in the view, then use the arrow keys to move the selection from one annotation to another. Use SHIFT and the arrow keys to extend the selection.
A selected annotation is surrounded by a grey bounding box which has eight small black boxes or 'handles':

You can use these handles to size the annotation.
If you click an annotation that is already selected, the annotation is deselected and the object beneath the annotation, for example a task or link, is selected.
