Submitting your changes at the end of a period

At the end of each working period - which may be a week, or a fortnight - you must submit the changes that you have made to each project using Asta Siteprogress Mobile. Submitting your changes uploads the information that you have entered from your mobile device to your Asta Siteprogress Mobile Administrator, who can then update the main project with the new information.

If you work on more than one project in a period, you must submit your changes for each project individually.

If you use Asta Siteprogress Mobile to collect field evidence, any field evidence you have collected is submitted alongside your progress data, and can now be reviewed by an Administrator.

You can submit changes at any time: you do not need to wait until the end of a period before doing so. If you mark any tasks as 100% complete and field evidence must be collected for one or more of those tasks, you can only submit your changes to the project when all field evidence has been collected for the tasks.

In order to submit your changes, you must have access to the internet.

To submit your changes:

  1. On the Project screen, tap three horizontal lines to display the menu.
  2. Tap Submit.

Once you have submitted your changes to a project, if you swipe down the Projects screen to refresh the project list, the project appears in a Submitted Projects list. You can then tap the project to re-open it and make any further changes that are necessary.
