Updating ticksheets

If you are using a mobile phone. the Ticksheet Tasks screen displays details of the ticksheet you tapped on the Project screen. A ticksheet comprises a number of build stages for a particular plot.

If you are using a tablet or a PC, the Ticksheet Tasks screen displays a grid containing the ticksheets for all of the plots in the selected chart or summary group. Each ticksheet appears as a row in the grid, with a build stage in each individual cell.

You use this screen to tick off the stages that have been completed.

The colour-coded icons to the left of each build stage name indicate whether the build stage is due A green exclamation mark in a green outlined circle, overdue A red cross in a red outlined circle, or not yet due A blue tick in a blue outlined circle.

Updating a ticksheet

To update a ticksheet using a mobile phone, drag the progress bar of each build stage to reflect the progress that has been made, or tap the check box to the left of a build stage to tick it off and record that it has been completed.

To update a ticksheet using a tablet or PC, tap the check box to the left of a build stage to tick it off and record that it has been completed. If you want to record partial progress against a build stage, tap the progress wheel to view further details and enter progress on the Task Progress screen that appears.

When recording progress, you cannot reduce the amount of progress to an amount lower than that which applied at the start of the current working period.

Viewing further details of build stages

If you are using a mobile phone, to view further details of a build stage, tap ellipsis to the right of it.

If you are using a tablet or PC, to view further details of a build stage, tap its progress wheel.

The Task Progress screen appears, displaying details of the build stage. You can edit the details of the build stage, and attach photographs or notes to it if required.

Searching for build stages with a specific name

If a ticksheet contains a large number of build stages, it can be difficult to find the one you need. To search for a build stage with a specific name, tap in the Search field and start typing. As you type, the list of build stages is limited to those with names that contain the text you type, as illustrated below:

To clear your search and redisplay all build stages on the Ticksheet Tasks screen, clear the text in the Search field or tap X.

You can only search for build stages if you are using a mobile phone.

Attaching photographs to build stages

To attach a photograph to a build stage within a ticksheet:

  1. If you are using a mobile phone, tap ellipsis to the right of the build stage; if you are using a tablet or PC, tap the build stage's progress wheel. The Task Progress screen appears, displaying details of the build stage.
  2. Tap to attach photographs to the build stage. Once one or more photographs have been attached to a build stage, this icon appears as a camera with a tick.

Recording notes against build stages

To record a note against a build stage within a ticksheet:

  1. If you are using a mobile phone, tap ellipsis to the right of the build stage; if you are using a tablet or PC, tap the build stage's progress wheel. The Task Progress screen appears, displaying details of the build stage.
  2. Tap a diagonal pencil to record notes against the build stage. Once one or more notes have been recorded against a build stage, this icon appears as a diagonal pencil with a tick.

Finishing your edits

When you have finished updating a ticksheet, tap Back to return to the Project screen, where the ticksheet appears with a grey background to indicate that it has been edited.

Submitting your changes

If you are ready to submit your changes:

  1. Tap three horizontal lines to display the menu.
  2. Tap Submit.
