Deleting a server-level user

You can delete server-level users from Server Admin if required. This is useful in cases where a server-level username is no longer required, possibly because an employee has left your company.

To delete a server-level user:

  1. In the left-hand pane, select the user you want to delete.
  2. Select the Delete command from the User menu or click Delete User. You are asked to confirm that you want to delete the selected user.
  3. Click Yes to confirm the deletion. The selected user is deleted.
