Miscellaneous fields
For each field listed below, the following information is given:
- Description - the information displayed by the field when added to the spreadsheet or to a text annotation.
- Parameters - any additional, optional parameters that you can use to modify the information that the field displays or the way in which the information is displayed.
- Editable? - whether the field is editable when displayed in a spreadsheet column. If a field is editable in the spreadsheet, you can change the data displayed in the column to edit the properties of the corresponding bar, task or allocation.

Any dated file or URL notes that have been entered against an individual task
ALT-click a file or URL note to display the Notes section of the Task tab of the Bar and Task Properties dialog, from where you can view the file or URL by clicking it.

Criticality index
Description |
The percentage of time a task spends on the critical path during risk analysis. This field is useful if you use Risk Analysis to manage risk in your projects.

Description | The status of a task's allocations - whether the task is resourced and if so, the status of the resource allocations. |

Lock
Description | Whether a bar is locked to you or to another client. |

Description | The username of the person to whom a bar is locked. |

Marked for hiding
Description |
Whether a bar or task is marked for hiding. You can hide bars and tasks that are marked for hiding by clicking

Priority
Description |
The priority of the bar, task or allocation - either high, medium or low - displayed using a colour-coded 'traffic light' indicator. In a CBS or RBS view, this field displays the priority of the task, not the allocation.
If a bar, task or allocation does not have a priority assigned to it, this field displays a grey traffic light indicator unless the Zero as blank check box is selected for the field on the Table Definition Properties dialog, in which case it displays nothing at all.

Risk analysis maximum duration
Description |
The longest time you estimate a task could possibly take; for use with Risk Analysis.

Risk analysis minimum duration
Description |
The shortest time you estimate a task could possibly take; for use with Risk Analysis.

Task distribution
Description |
A specific distribution that should be used in order to determine the duration of the task during risk analysis, overriding the distribution that you select on the Risk Settings tab of the Risk Analysis dialog.

Task probability
Description |
A value between 0 and 100 that indicates, in percentage terms, the likelihood of the task taking place; for use with Risk Analysis.
Entering a percentage other than 100 in this field makes a task a "risk event" - ie a task that has a probability of occurring but that will not definitely occur. For example, you may want to create a "risk event" task to represent a possible delay in the delivery of certain items.

Unschedulable
Description |
