Organising your code libraries

Codes are library objects: you create and manage them in the same way as other library objects.

You organise the codes in your projects in different folders, called code libraries. The first level in the code library can contain only folders, not individual codes. You can create as many folders (or code libraries) as you require. Within each code library you can create any number of codes and further folders of codes to create a code hierarchy. For example, within a library of Responsibility codes, you might have a folder for each department, then codes for individual people within their department folder. There is no limit to the number of levels you can have in a code library.
