Displaying the appearance of codes in the project view

You can choose to display the appearance of each code library entry next to its name where it appears in the project view. Displaying the appearance of code library entries in the project view makes it easier for you to check that you are assigning the correct code to objects in the bar chart.

If you choose to display the appearance of codes in the project view, their appearance is also displayed in the Calendar control in the Object Edit toolbar.

To display the appearance of codes in the project view:

  1. Click the File tab, then click Options. The Options dialog appears.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Select the Show code library appearance check box to display the appearance of codes in the project view, or clear the check box to display their name only.
