Opening an existing border

To edit an existing border that you have saved, you must first open it within Powerdraw.

To open an existing border:

  1. Select the Open command from the File menu or click Open Border. You see the File Open dialog.
  2. Select the border file you want to open and click OK.

The border opens in Powerdraw. If you want to open more than one border at the same time, open another instance of Powerdraw and open the border in the other instance of Powerdraw.

If you used the previous Border application to create borders for Asta Powerproject, you can open these borders in Powerdraw and convert them to the Powerdraw border file format. You convert them to the new format using the Convert File From Old Border Format dialog that appears when you open a border that uses the old format.
