Chart Scale dialog
You use the Chart Scale dialog to specify the precise vertical scaling you want to apply to the current view in a printout. This may be useful if you want to produce a printout with precise layout settings. However, in most circumstances you will obtain the optimum printout with a sensible aspect ratio by using the default settings. By default, the display scale used on the screen is used for output.
How to access the Chart Scale dialog
To access the Chart Scale dialog, select the lower Scale button on the Scaling tab of the Print dialog.
Explanation of the fields on the dialog

| Live - Bar height | Enter the height to apply to tasks when printed. |
| Live - Bar gap | Enter the height to apply to the space between the top of the bar line and the top of tasks, and between the bottom of the bar line and the bottom of tasks when printed; the measurement you enter here is split equally between the gap at the top of tasks and the gap at the bottom of tasks. |

... change the vertical scale of the current view for output?
- Specify the scale with which you want to output the current view using the fields on the screen.
- Click OK to close the dialog and return to the Print dialog.
Overriding the horizontal and vertical scale of printed output
