Printing information between a range of dates
You can print a particular date range from the active view, for example one specific month. To do this, enter the date you want to print from and the date you want to print to in the From and To fields in the Date range group on the Details tab of the Print dialog.
The following illustrations depict a printout in which the entire project is printed and one in which only information that falls between a range of dates is printed :

If you enter a From date but no To date, then the view is printed from the specified start date up to the project finish date. Similarly, if you enter a To date but no From date, the view is printed from the project start date up to the specified finish date.
If you set your horizontal pagination to Fit to at most and you limit your printing between two dates, but the specified date range is too narrow to fill a page, Project Viewer will not stretch the date zone on the printout, but will include any tasks that appear after the specified finish date.
If you set your horizontal pagination to Try to fit exactly and you limit your printing between two dates, but the specified date range is too narrow to fill a page, Project Viewer will stretch the date zone on the printout, printing only those tasks that fit within the specified date range.
If you are printing a calendar view, you specify the date range that is printed using fields on the Calendar tab of the Print dialog rather than the Date range group on the Details tab.
