You use the Project Files page to upload, access and delete project-related files in Powerproject Vision. You can attach any type of file that users who can access a specific project may need access. Examples may include Powerdraw border files, documented procedures, etc.
To access the Project Files page from the Powerproject Vision Home page, click Projects, click the name of the project whose files you want to maintain, then click Additional Files.
When you have finished working with project-related files, click Close to return to the Project page.
To upload a file and attach it to a project:
- Click Upload. The Open dialog appears.
- Browse for the file that you want to attach to the project then click Open. You return to the Project Files page, where the new file appears in the list.
You can also upload project-related files by clicking and dragging them from Windows Explorer into the Project Files page.
Depending on the type of file, you may be able to view a preview of it. To view a preview of a project-related file, click its file name.
To download a project-related file to your computer, click to the right of the file.
To delete a project-related file:
- Click to the right of the file. A popup appears, asking you to confirm whether you want to delete the file.
- Click OK to delete the file and return to the Project Files page.
