More... dialog
You use the More... dialog to create, open, edit, save and delete views, tables, filters, sorts/groups or tabular reports.

To access the More... dialog, select one of the following options:
- On the View tab, in the Views group, click the View dropdown and select More Views.
- On the View tab, in the View Data group, click the Sort/Group dropdown and select More Sorts/Groups.
- On the View tab, in the View Data group, click the Table dropdown and select More Tables.
- On the View tab, in the View Data group, click the Filter dropdown and select More Filters.
- On the Project tab, in the Data group, click the Reports dropdown and select More Tabular Reports.

Field/Button | Description |

Category |
Select the category in which the item you want is located; if you are planning to create a new item, select the category in which you want to place it.
If you are not sure of the category, select All to view a list of all items, regardless of the category in which they are located. |
List | A list of items in the selected category. |
Display on menu | Select this check box to display the selected item in the appropriate menu, or clear the check box to make it accessible only from within this dialog. |
Open using the active view scope |
Select this check box to open the selected view using the scope of the current active view, or clear the check box to open the selected view with the Programme chart as its scope.
If you select this check box, the view opens displaying whichever charts or summary groups provide the scope of the current active view. If you are currently viewing an RBS or CBS view and choose to open a different view, the view opens displaying whichever resources or cost centres provide the scope of the current active RBS or CBS view.

New | Click this button to create a new item within the selected category. |
Properties | Click this button to view and edit the properties of the selected item. |
Save As | Click this button to save the selected item using a different name. |
Delete | Click this button to delete the selected item. |
Copy To | Click this button to copy the selected view to another currently open project (applies to views only and is only available when more than one project is open). |
How do I...

- Select the category in which you want to create the new item in the Category field.
- Click New. A dialog or wizard appears for you to enter details of the new item.

- Select the category in which the item is located in the Category field.
- Select the item you want to edit.
- Click Properties. A dialog appears, in which you can edit the item.

- Select the category in which the item is located in the Category field.
- Select the item you want to save using a different name.
- Click Save As. A dialog appears, in which you can enter a name with which you want to save the item, and specify a different category if required.

- Select the category in which the item is located in the Category field.
- Select the item you want to delete.
- Click Delete.

- Select the category in which the item is located in the Category field.
- Select the item.
- Select the Display on menu check box to display the item within the appropriate submenu, or clear the check box to remove the item from the menu.

- Select the category in which the view is located in the Category field.
- Select the view you want to copy to another project.
- Click Copy To. The Copy View to Project dialog appears.
- Select the project to which you want to copy the view, specify whether associated objects, such as the view's filter, sort/group and table, are copied across to the destination project along with the view itself, then click OK.
