Specifying whether a view is available in Project Viewer

You can specify whether each view in a project is available in Elecosoft's free project viewing software - Project Viewer. By default, all views are available when a project is opened in Project Viewer. However, you may want to make some views unavailable in Project Viewer, for example those that contain sensitive information such as cost and income information.

To specify whether a view is available in Project Viewer:

1. On the View tab, in the Views group, click Properties. The View Properties dialog - or the Calendar View Properties dialog, if the current view is a calendar view - appears.
2. Select the Available in Project Viewer check box to make a view available in Project Viewer, or clear the check box to hide the view from users when the project is opened in Project Viewer.
