Specifying default views for users

You can specify a default view for each user, and specify that this view should be opened when the user opens a project.

To specify a default view for a user:

  1. Right-click the user in Library Explorer, then select Properties. The User Properties dialog appears.
  2. Select the view that you want to be used by default when the user opens the project in the Default view field.
  3. Click OK to save your changes.

To specify that each user's default view should appear when the project is opened:

  1. Click the File tab, then click Options. The Options dialog appears.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Select User default view in the Restore on project open field.
  4. Click Close to save your changes.
