View menu - Toggle Field Values

You use the Toggle Field Values command to toggle between displaying field names and sample information for all fields within a border. Field names are displayed inside angled brackets, for example <PROJ-START>. You may find it easier to work on your borders if the fields display sample information rather than their names, as this helps you to visualise how the border will look when it is printed.
