Cutting, copying and pasting items
You can cut, copy and paste items within your borders. You can cut, copy and paste single items, or more than one item at a time. If you cut or copy an item, it is placed onto the Windows Clipboard, from where you can paste it elsewhere, for example into another border. If you delete an item, it is not placed into the Clipboard, so you cannot subsequently paste it.
To cut an item and place it onto the Windows Clipboard:
- Select the item you want to cut from the border.
- Select the Cut command from the Edit menu, or click

To delete an item, without placing it onto the Windows Clipboard:
- Select the item you want to delete from the border.
- Select the Delete command from the Edit menu.
To copy an item and place it onto the Windows Clipboard:
- Select the item you want to copy.
- Select the Copy command from the Edit menu, or click
.
Alternatively, you can copy an item by selecting it, holding down CTRL and dragging a copy of it to a new location within a border.
To paste an item that has been cut or copied to the Windows Clipboard, select the Paste command from the Edit menu, or click
