Saving the login details of projects

In order to export information from and import information into an Asta Powerproject project, you need to enter the user name and password of the project's top-level Admin user. You can do this each time you carry out an export or import, or you can save the login details for each project. If you save the login details for a project, you are not prompted to log into the project each time you carry out an export or import.

To save the login details of a project for use with Asta Site Progress:

Click the Site Progress tab of the Backstage view.
Click Log in and sign into Asta Site Progress configuration using the window that appears.
On the Site Progress tab of the Backstage view, in the Displaying jobs field, select Ready to export. A list of exportable jobs appears in the grid - one job for each project.
Right-click a job and select Set login details from the menu that appears. The Site Progress Project Login dialog appears.
Enter the project's top-level Admin user name and password in the fields on the dialog.
Click OK. You return to the Site Progress tab of the Backstage view.
