Signing in
There are two ways of signing into Asta Siteprogress: using a user name and password, and using your Microsoft Entra ID credentials. Your organisation will let you know which method you should use.
Signing in using a user name and password
To sign into Asta Siteprogress using a user name and password, click LOG IN on the screen that appears when you launch the app. A screen appears in which you enter your user name and password.
- Tap Log In on the screen that appears when you launch the app.
- On the screen that appears, enter your user name and password into the Email address and Password fields.
Your user name will be an email address. Contact your Asta Siteprogress Administrator if you do not know your user name and/or password. - If you want to stay signed in, which saves you from having to enter a user name and password each time you launch the app, select the Keep me signed in check box; if you are using a shared device, clear this check box.
- Tap Sign in. When you have signed in, the Projects screen appears, displaying the projects that are available to you.
Signing in using your Microsoft Entra ID credentials
To sign into Asta Siteprogress using your Microsoft Entra ID credentials:
- Tap Log In on the screen that appears when you launch the app.
- On the screen that appears, tap Sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID account.
- Follow the steps that appear on the screen to sign in using your Microsoft Entra ID credentials. When you have signed in, the Projects screen appears, displaying the projects that are available to you.
Demo mode
If you want to try out Asta Siteprogress without signing in, click Demo Mode on the screen that appears when you launch the app. Demo mode opens a sample project that you can access without having to enter a user name and password, enabling you to try out Asta Siteprogress.
If you are unable to sign in
If you are unable to sign in, it may be that Asta Siteprogress has failed to identify your region from your mobile device. Asta Siteprogress should do this automatically. If it fails to do this, you will be unable to sign in, and you should specify the region manually.
To specify your region manually:
- On the screen that appears when you launch the app, tap
. - On the menu that appears, tap Settings. The Settings screen appears.
- Tap the Region drop-down and select your region. For example, if you are located in Europe, select 'Europe'.
- At the top-left of the screen, tap
. You should now be able to sign in.
Do not change the region unless you are unable to sign in.
