Logging in

To log into Site Progress Mobile, click LOG IN on the screen that appears when you launch the app. A screen appears in which you enter your user name and password.

Your user name will be an email address. Contact your Site Progress Mobile Administrator if you do not know your user name and/or password. Once you have logged in, the Projects screen appears, displaying the projects that are available to you.

Demo mode

If you want to try out Site Progress Mobile without logging in, click DEMO MODE on the screen that appears when you launch the app. Demo mode opens a sample project that you can access without having to enter a user name and password, enabling you to try out Site Progress Mobile.

If you are unable to log in

If you are unable to log in using the provided user name and password, it may be that Site Progress Mobile has failed to identify your region from your mobile device. Site Progress Mobile should do this automatically. If it fails to do this, you will be unable to log in, and you should specify the region manually.

To specify your region manually:

  1. On the screen that appears when you launch the app, tap three horizontal lines to display the menu.
  2. Tap Settings. The Settings screen appears.
  3. Tap the Region drop-down and select your region. For example, if you are located in Europe, select 'Europe'.
  4. Tap Back. You should now be able to log in.

Do not change the region unless you are unable to log in.
