Editing a user-defined table
You use the Edit User Defined Table wizard to edit user-defined tables for projects that are stored on the Enterprise server. The wizard is divided into a number of logical stages. At each stage, you can click Next to proceed to the next screen, or Back to return to the previous screen. When you have entered all the required details, click Finish. You can cancel the editing of the user-defined table at any time by clicking Cancel.
To access the Edit User Defined Table wizard, select the user-defined table you want to edit, select User Defined Tables from the Custom menu, then select the Edit command.
If you baseline projects from one data source into another and you edit a user-defined table in one data source, you must also edit it in the data source into which you baseline projects, as both data sources must have the same user-defined table structure.
The steps involved in editing a user-defined table are identical to those involved in creating a new table. For details of how to edit a user-defined table, refer to Adding a user-defined table.
