More Views dialog
You use the More Views dialog to select the view that you want to apply to the current project. This dialog lists all of the project views that have been created in the current project that have been made available to be displayed in Project Viewer, including those views that do not normally appear on the View menu.
How to access the More Views dialog
To access the More Views dialog, on the Home tab, in the View group, click the View dropdown and select More Views.
Explanation of the fields on the dialog

| Category |
Select the category in which the view that you want to apply is located.
If you are not sure of the category, select All to view a list of all views, regardless of the category in which they are located. |
| List | A list of views in the selected category. |
| Open using the active view scope |
Select this check box to open the selected view using the scope of the current active view, or clear the check box to open the selected view with the Programme chart as its scope.
If you select this check box, the view opens displaying whichever charts or summary groups provide the scope of the current active view. If you are currently viewing an RBS or CBS view and choose to open a different view, the view opens displaying whichever resources or cost centres provide the scope of the current active RBS or CBS view.

- Select the view that you want to apply.
- Click OK.
