Printing using a different print profile

A print profile is a set of print options that has been saved in a project. For example, a different print profile may have been saved for each printer on your network, or for each border file that you use. By printing using a saved print profile, you do not need to reset your printing options every time you print to a particular printer or use a particular border to get the print settings that you want.

To print using a different print profile:

  1. Click the File tab, click Print, then click Print Options. The Print dialog appears.
  2. Select the print profile you want to use in the Print profile field.
  3. Click Print.
