Specifying how spreadsheet fonts are scaled during printing

You can specify the way in which you want the spreadsheet font to be scaled in your printouts, using the Appearance tab of the Print dialog. You might want to increase the scale of spreadsheet fonts, to make them easier to read.

To scale the spreadsheet font using default settings, which may make it easier to read, select the Automatic radio button.

To specify the scaling to apply to the spreadsheet font, select the Use radio button and specify the scaling in the field to the right. For example, enter 2 to print the spreadsheet font at twice its normal size.

To print the spreadsheet font with no scaling, select the Off radio button.

You can choose to apply these scaling options to histogram fonts as well, using the Scale fonts with spreadsheet check box in the Histogram section of the main tree in this dialog.
