Displaying global dashboards
You can use global dashboards to display a dashboard view of your entire portfolio of programmes. This provides you with an indication of how your portfolio is progressing without the need to use an external reporting package.
A number of standard global dashboards are available. If you would like these to be enabled in your instance of Asta Vision, contact Eleco. If the available dashboards do not provide exactly the information you require, Eleco can build tailored dashboards for you. Contact Eleco to find out more.
To display a global dashboard of your portfolio of programmes from the Asta Vision Home page:
- Click Dashboards. The Dashboards page appears.
If only one global dashboard is available to you, it is displayed immediately; if more than one is available, the Dashboards page appears.
If no global dashboards are available in your instance of Asta Vision, the Dashboards link does not appear in the navigation bar. - Click the name of the global dashboard you want to view.
