Microsoft Project Export Wizard - Introduction page

You use the Microsoft Project Export Wizard to specify the way in which you want to export the current project into Microsoft® Project XML or MPP format.

Exporting a project into XML format enables you to share project information with colleagues who have access to Microsoft Project but do not have access to Asta Powerproject. However, note that due to the limitations of this file format, some of the information from your Asta Powerproject project may be lost as much of the data cannot be exported to XML format.

This page of the Microsoft Project Export Wizard introduces you to the wizard.

The Microsoft Project Export Wizard dialog appears when you choose to export a project in Microsoft Project MPP (*.MPP) or XML (*.XML) format and when you choose to export a branch or view to one of these formats.
