Working Hours dialog
You use the Working Hours dialog to view the periods of working and non-working time for the date you have selected within a calendar. You can also use this dialog to add exceptions to and delete exceptions from the selected date. The dialog displays the day's working and non-working periods in a list.

To access the Working Hours dialog, double-click a day on the Calendar tab of the Calendar Properties dialog, or right-click a day and select View working hours.

Show generic non-working periods | Clear this check box to simplify the list of working and non-working periods by hiding standard non-working periods, ie those that are taken from the normal work pattern, from the list, leaving just standard working periods and exceptions. Reselect the check box to display all working and non-working periods in the list. |
Add Exception | Click this button to add an exception to the currently-selected day. |
Delete Exception | Click this button to delete the selected exception from the day. |
How do I...

Click Add Exception. The Add Exception dialog appears, which you use to enter details of the exception that you want to add.

- Select the exception you want to delete in the list of working and non-working periods.
- Click Delete Exception.
