Recurring Task/Milestone dialog
You use the Recurring Task/Milestone dialog to create a number of tasks or milestones that recur at regular intervals, for example weekly team meetings or monthly stock deliveries. Creating recurring tasks using this dialog saves you from creating the tasks individually. You can create recurring tasks on selected bars, or insert one task or milestone on several bars. For example, you might want to create a milestone at the end of each bar, or you might need to add an extra task between existing tasks on a number of bars.
If there are tasks on the selected bars, the new tasks or milestones are inserted after the last task on each bar. If you want to insert the new tasks or milestones after a specific task (for example between two existing tasks on a bar), select the tasks after which you want the new tasks or milestones to appear rather than selecting the bars.

To access the Recurring Task/Milestone dialog, select the bars on which you want to create recurring tasks or milestones, then on the Home tab, in the Insert group, click Recurring Task.
