Resource Usage Export dialog
You use the Resource Usage Export dialog to specify the way in which you want to export the data that is currently displayed in the resource usage view. You can choose to export the data into CSV or HTML format, or to copy it to the Clipboard, from where you can then paste it into another application.

To access the Resource Usage Export dialog, right-click an allocation row in the resource usage view and select Export from the menu that appears.

Field | Description |

Output to file (HTML or CSV) | Select this check box to export the resource usage data in HTML or comma-separated variable format. |
Clipboard copy (CSV) | Select this check box to copy the resource usage data in comma-separated variable format to the Clipboard, from where you can then paste it into another application. |
Export file name | Enter the path and file name to apply to the file that is created when you export the resource usage data. |
Browse | Click this button to browse for a location in which to save the file that is created when you export the resource usage data. |
How do I...

- Click the appropriate Select output format check box to specify the format in which to export the resource usage data.
- If you are exporting to either HTML or CSV format, enter the path and file name to apply to the file that is created when you export the resource usage data in the Export file name field, ensuring that you apply the appropriate file extension (.HTM, .HTML or .CSV) to the file name.
- Click OK.
