Resource Usage Properties dialog - Appearance tab

You use the Appearance tab of the Resource Usage Properties dialog to specify the text colour, background colour and font that you want to apply to the rows within the resource usage view that indicate the way in which resources or cost centres are grouped/sorted and to the rows in the resource usage view that display information about resources or cost centres. You can specify a different appearance for each level of grouping/sorting that you specify on the Fields tab of this dialog. For example, if you specify two levels of grouping/sorting, you should define two different levels of appearance settings; if you specify four levels of grouping/sorting, you should define four different levels of appearance settings: one for each level.

You also use this tab to specify whether you want to display values in the resource usage view on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, and a number of other options that affect the way in which the resource usage view appears. If the resource usage view is configured to display information about permanent resource allocations, you also use this tab to specify the way in which you want to measure and indicate the allocation status of resources.
