Properties view - Relations tab
You use the Relations tab of the properties view to view details of the parent tasks of the selected bar or task, and any tasks on the same bar as the selected task (siblings).
Double-clicking a bar or task in the grid selects it in the bar chart. When you change the selected task using this tab, the other tabs in the dialog refresh to display information about the task now selected.

to navigate through the objects in the bar chart, selecting objects in turn and viewing their properties.
How to access the properties view
To access the properties view, click 
on the status bar.
Explanation of the fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the parent or sibling task. |
| Type | The kind of task, for example |
| Relationship | The relationship of the task to the selected task, for example Parent task, Parent bar or Sibling. |
The properties view may or may not display a number of tabs that display advanced information. If these tabs are not currently displayed, you can click >> to display them. If they are currently displayed, you can click << to hide them from view.
