Picture Annotation Properties dialog - Picture tab
You use the Picture tab of the Picture Annotation Properties dialog to specify the graphic that is displayed in the selected picture annotation. You can display any picture that is saved in one of a wide range of popular graphics formats.
How to access the Picture Annotation Properties dialog
To access the Picture Annotation Properties dialog, right-click a picture annotation and select Properties.
Explanation of the fields on the dialog
| Field | Description |

| Picture file | Enter the path and file name of the picture that you want to display in the picture annotation, or click Browse to locate the picture using a file selector. |
| Preview | A preview of the selected picture is displayed here. |
| Embed picture |
Select this check box to save the selected picture within the project file, or clear the check box to reference the file in its current location.
If you embed the picture it will still be displayed in the annotation even if the original source file is moved, but if you embed a large number of pictures, the size of your project may increase significantly. |
