Copy Exceptions dialog
You use the Copy Exceptions dialog to copy exception to one or more other calendars. An exception is an irregular period of working or non-working time, such as overtime, holidays and hospital appointments. To access the Copy Exceptions dialog, right-click one or more exceptions on the Exception Assignments tab or right-click one or more dates on the Calendar tab of the Calendar Properties dialog and select Copy exceptions to.

How do I...

- Click the Selected dates only radio button if you only want to copy exceptions from the dates that are currently selected on the Calendar tab of the Calendar Properties dialog, or click the Entire calendar radio button to copy exceptions from all dates in the calendar.
- Select the type(s) of exception you want to copy in the Of these types field. Alternatively, click Select All Types if you want to copy exceptions of all types to other calendars.
- Select the calendar(s) to which you want to copy exceptions in the To these calendars field. Alternatively, click Select All Calendars if you want to copy exceptions to all other calendars.
- Select the Warn me about conflicting exception assignments check box if you want to be warned if one of the exceptions you are copying overlaps with one or more existing exceptions in the selected calendar(s), or clear the check box to copy the exceptions to the other calendars without any such warnings.
If you choose to be warned of any exception conflicts, the Overlapping Exceptions dialog will appear if any conflicts arise, prompting you to specify whether the exception you are copying should replace (or partially replace) the existing exception, or whether the exception should not be copied. If you choose to copy exceptions without being warned of conflicts, the exception(s) you are copying will automatically replace (or partially replace) any existing exceptions with which they conflict. - Click Copy Exceptions to copy the selected exception(s) to the selected calendar(s).
