Add Programme Comment dialog
You use the Add Programme Comment dialog to record comments against programmes that are stored in Asta Vision and - if Asta Vision has been configured to allow this - to attach files to comments. You can attach any type of file that users who can access a specific programme may need access. You can record comments against Asta Vision programmes regardless of whether they are downloaded or checked out.
How to access the Add Programme Comment dialog
To access the Add Programme Comment dialog, on the Home tab, in the Vision group, click Add Comment.
Explanation of the fields and buttons on the dialog

If you want to enable Asta Vision users to identify that they have incorporated the comment into the programme - or that they have dealt with it in some other way - select the Display comment completion check box check box. For example, if you record a comment to ask a planner to revise part of a programme, you may want the planner to indicate when the programme has been revised..
If one or more of a programme's comments has Display comment completion check box selected, a Completed column appears on the Programme Comments page in Asta Vision, and users can select the check boxes in this column to indicate that they have incorporated a comment into the programme. |
