Task activities fields

For each field listed below, the following information is given:

  • Description - the information displayed by the field when added to the spreadsheet or to a text annotation.
  • Parameters - any additional, optional parameters that you can use to modify the information that the field displays or the way in which the information is displayed.
  • Editable? - whether the field is editable when displayed in a spreadsheet column. If a field is editable in the spreadsheet, you can change the data displayed in the column to edit the properties of the corresponding bar, task or allocation.

Completed Task Activities

Description

The number of task activities on a task that are 100% complete.

  • Dates - specify a date range if required.
  • Specific task - specify specific task(s) on a multi-task bar to which you want the field to refer if required.

Started Task Activities

Description

The number of task activities on a task that are more than 0% complete, but that are not yet 100% complete.

  • Dates - specify a date range if required.
  • Specific task - specify specific task(s) on a multi-task bar to which you want the field to refer if required.

Task Activities

Description

The number of task activities on a task, regardless of their state of progress, followed by the word 'Activities'.

 

This field displays the same value for each task as the 'Task Activity Count' field, but with the word 'Activities' appended to the value. You may like to use this field to indicate the number of task activities in the bar chart, rather than using the 'Task Activity Count' field, as this field gives context to the number that is displayed in the bar chart.

Task Activity Count

Description

The number of task activities on a task, regardless of their state of progress.

 

This field displays the same value for each task as the 'Task Activities' field, but without the word 'Activities' being appended.

Description

The number of task activities on a task that are 0% complete.
