Undoing resource levelling

You can undo resource levelling by clicking Redo on the Quick Access toolbar, or by clicking Undo Level on the Resource Leveller dialog. The difference between these two techniques is that the Redo button undoes the levelling of all resources that were levelled in the most recent resource levelling process, whereas the Undo Level button allows you to select just the resources whose levelling effects you want to undo.

To selectively undo the most recent resource levelling process:

  1. On the Allocation tab, in the Tools group, click Level Resources. The Resource Leveller dialog appears.
  2. From the Resources To Level group, select the resource(s) whose levelling you want to undo. If you do not select any resources, the most recent levelling process is completely undone.
  3. Click Undo Level.
  4. Close the Resource Leveller dialog.
