Moving progressed expanded and summary tasks

When you move a summary task or expanded task horizontally across the bar chart, if the task contains any subordinate tasks that are 100% complete, these tasks do not move with their parent task. If any subordinate tasks are partially completed, the uncompleted sections move along (into the future) with their parent task; subordinate uncompleted sections do not move if the parent task is moved towards the left (into the past).
