Preparing to print
Before printing the active view, ensure that it displays the information you want. For example, if you want to print the spreadsheet without the bar chart, you need to turn the bar chart off. You can turn off the bar chart by clearing the Bar Chart check box on the General tab of the Format Bar Chart dialog. If you want to print a histogram or a Line of Balance graph on its own without the spreadsheet and bar chart, you first need to display it in a separate tab. If you want to print a calendar view, you must first display the calendar view.
You may also want to turn off some display features to avoid having too much information on the printout. For example, you may want to turn off non-working time, grid lines, constraint flags and annotations.
When you have prepared the view for printing, preview it to ensure that the output is exactly what you intend.
