Sort/group categories

You use sort/group categories to classify the sorts/groups in your project. You can create as many sort/group categories as you like, then place individual sorts/groups into appropriate categories.

Categorising sorts/groups in this way makes it easier to find the sort/group you are looking for, for example when selecting a sort/group to apply to the active view. Whenever you select a sort/group, they are arranged into their categories, with any sorts/groups that do not belong to a category being displayed below the sort/group categories that do exist.

Once you have created a sort/group category in Library Explorer, you assign sorts/groups to the category by editing the properties of a sort/group and selecting the category in the Sort/Group Properties dialog.

Sort/group categories do not have a Properties dialog; the only attribute is their name.
