To Press
Select the entire table CTRL A
Select the top left most cell CTRL SHIFT A
Select the whole column when a cell is selected CTRL SPACE
Select the whole row when a cell is selected SHIFT SPACE
Move the selection up, down, left or right when a cell, range, row or column is selected; When the cell with focus is in an edit state, LEFT ARROW and RIGHT ARROW move the cursor between the characters in the cell ARROW KEYS
Move the focus right one cell TAB
Move the focus left one cell SHIFT TAB
Extend or reduce the current row or column selection SHIFT ARROW KEYS
Move a date forward or backward in time in multiples of the current snapping unit +/- (used in a date/time cell)
Turn one-task-per-line mode or off for the bar with the cell that currently has the focus +/- (on the numeric keypad)
Put the current cell into an edit state, if possible F2
Commit the current edit and move the selection down one cell; when a range is selected, the focus moves to the next cell in the range ENTER
Cancel the current edit ESC
Move the cursor to the start of the string in an editable cell, or move to the top left cell in the current view HOME
Move the cursor to the end of the string in an editable cell, or move to the top right cell in the current view END
Move to the top left cell in the current view CTRL HOME
Move to the bottom right cell in the current view CTRL END
Select the current bar CTRL SHIFT B
Apply or remove bold formatting CTRL B
Apply or remove italic formatting CTRL I
Apply or remove underline formatting CTRL U
Display the right-click (context-sensitive menu) SHIFT F10
Access an external document via a hyperlink ALT-click
