Bar chart command shortcuts

To	Press
Reschedule all	F9
Reschedule the current branch	SHIFT F9
Go to the Cursor Location box	CTRL G
Display the whole view in one-task-per-line mode	CTRL +
Display the whole view in bar-per-line mode	CTRL -
Refresh the current view	F5
Select the first visible task	CTRL SHIFT E
Select all tasks in the current view	CTRL SHIFT V
For each task selected, select its bar	CTRL B
For each task selected, move the selection to its first completed section	CTRL SHIFT P
When more than one task and/or completed sections are selected, change the selection such that the first and last objects remain selected	CTRL SHIFT X
When one or more tasks or completed sections are selected, move the selection to the first allocation on each selected task or completed section	CTRL SHIFT Q
When one or more tasks, completed sections or allocations are selected, move the selection to the first or next baselined versions of the selected objects	CTRL SHIFT G
Select the first visible link	CTRL SHIFT L
Link selected tasks with finish-to-start links	CTRL F2
Unlink selected tasks	CTRL SHIFT F2
Toggle in and out of Link Tasks mode	CTRL F3
Select the first visible annotation	CTRL SHIFT I
Move the selected annotation right one pixel	CTRL SHIFT RIGHT ARROW
Move the selected annotation left one pixel	CTRL SHIFT LEFT ARROW
Move the selected annotation up one pixel	CTRL SHIFT UP ARROW
Move the selected annotation down one pixel	CTRL SHIFT DOWN ARROW
Move the selection from one object to another object of the same type; for example, move the selection from one task to another, one allocation to another, one link to another or one annotation to another (links and annotations are selected in their drawing order)	ARROW KEYS
Extend the current selection by selecting another object of the same type; for example, when one task is selected, select the next task as well	SHIFT ARROW KEYS
Deselect all	CTRL SHIFT Y
