Viewing specific categories
Once you have created the categories with which you want to layer information and placed border items into the appropriate category, you can choose the categories you want to view at any one time.
Viewing specific categories can make it easier for you to edit the items within a border by removing other items from view. You can view as many, or as few categories at one time as you like by turning individual categories on and off.
To turn a category on or off, select the Categories command from the View menu, then select the category you want to turn on or off. A tick appears next to the categories that are currently displayed.
If you turn a category off, the items within it are not displayed. If you turn a category on, the items within it are redisplayed.
Each time you open a border, all its categories are turned on so that you can see all of the items within the border.
