You can format more than one shape at the same time.
To format shapes:
- Select the shape, or shapes, you want to format.
If you select several shapes with different formatting, for example, different background colours, the style bar controls of the differing attributes appear crossed-out, but you can still make selections from them. Any selections you make will apply to all selected shapes. - Use the style bar controls to format the selected shape(s).
To change the default formatting settings for new items, rather than for selected items, deselect any currently-selected items, then choose the settings you want using the style bar controls. The settings apply to all new items you draw.
