Setting margins to match your printers
You use the Auto-set Margins dialog to set the margins of the current border to match those of your installed printers. To access the Auto-set Margins dialog, click Auto-set Margins from within the Page Setup dialog.
You can convert the margins of old borders using the following methods:
Margins appropriate for the current printer
Powerdraw ascertains the hard margins of your current printer and applies these margins, adding 2mm to each margin to allow for inaccuracies in the printer driver.
Margins appropriate for all installed printers
Powerdraw ascertains the hard margins of all the printers currently installed on your computer and applies margins that will work with all printers, adding 2mm to each margin to allow for inaccuracies in the printer drivers.
To set the margins to match your printers:
- Specify the way in which you want the border's margins to be set.
- Click OK to confirm your changes and close the Auto-set Margins dialog.
