Where you can restore data to

Data that has been archived can only be restored into the project from which it was originally archived. Similarly, data that has been archived from baselines can only be restored into the baseline from which it was originally archived.

When you restore data from an archive into a project or baseline, the data is restored into its original location within the project whenever possible. If this is not possible for some reason, the data becomes 'displaced' and appears in the 'displaced items' repository in the project or baseline.
