Logging into Server Admin

The Log in page appears when you access Server Admin. You use this page to log into Server Admin.

To log into Server Admin, enter your email address and password then click Log in.

To avoid having to enter your email address and password each time you log in, click Keep me signed in before clicking Log In. You should do this only if you are confident that nobody else will access Server Admin using this computer. Do not select this check box if you are accessing Server Admin using a shared computer.

If you have forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it:

Click Forgot your password?. The Forgot your password page appears.
Enter the email address with which you log into Server Admin in the Email field.
Click Reset Password. An email containing a hyperlink is sent automatically to your email address.
Open the email and click the hyperlink that it contains. The Reset password page appears.
Enter your email address in the Email field.
Enter a suitable password with which to access Server Admin in the Password field. Passwords must contain at least one upper-case character, at least one lower-case character, at least one digit and at least one non-alphanumeric character, and must be at least six characters in length.
Re-enter the password in the Confirm password field.
Click Reset.
