Inserting page breaks into the bar chart

You can insert page breaks into the bar chart, which force a new page at specific bars when you print the view. These manually-inserted page breaks appear as dotted lines in the bar chart, but only apply when you print the sorted/grouped view. You can insert a page break on any bar within a project.

To insert a page break onto a bar, right-click the bar on which you want to insert a page break and select the Page Break command from the menu that appears. The page break appears on the bar as a dotted line. When you print a view containing this bar, a page break will appear before the bar in the printout. You can insert page breaks on more than one bar at the same time by CTRL-clicking the bars to select more than one, then right-clicking one of the selected bars and selecting the Page Break command from the menu that appears.

To remove a page break from a bar, right-click the bar and select the Page Break command again. The page break is removed from the bar. You can remove page breaks from more than one bar at the same time by CTRL-clicking the bars to select more than one, then selecting the Page Break command from the menu that appears. To remove all of the page breaks from a project or view, select all of the bars in the project or view, then right-click one of the bars and remove the page breaks.

Note that page breaks only apply when you print a view with a border around each page of the printout; if you fit a single border around the entire printout, page breaks are ignored. You can also choose whether or not to incorporate page breaks in your printouts.
