Sizing the histogram and Line of Balance graph pane

Histograms and Line of Balance graphs fit by default into the histogram or Line of Balance graph panes at the bottom of the bar chart view. When a histogram or Line of Balance graph is attached to the bar chart view, you cannot change the width of the histogram or Line of Balance graph pane independently from the bar chart; if you resize the bar chart window, the histogram or Line of Balance graph pane sizes with it. A vertical scroll bar appears in the histogram or Line of Balance graph pane if you resize the bar chart window so far that the complete histogram or Line of Balance graph cannot be displayed vertically.

To change the height of the histogram or Line of Balance graph pane in the bar chart window, click and drag the bar that divides the pane from the bar chart, highlighted in red below:

Drag this bar to resize the histogram pane

Within the histogram pane, you can change the height of individual histograms. Drag the bar highlighted in red below to change the height of individual histograms:

Drag this bar to resize individual histograms

If you drag the bar beneath the bottom of the screen, the histogram is sized to the bottom of the screen, unless you hold down ALT at the same time, in which case the height of the histogram keeps expanding as you drag beneath the bottom of the screen.

To resize the histograms that are currently displayed in the histogram pane horizontally, so that all of the histograms are displayed in the histogram pane without the need to scroll and each one is displayed with the same height, click Tile horizontally in the histogram toolbar.
