Summary	'Error processing notifications and view error had to close' error appears after resuming a failed network connection.
Description	Before this release, if you worked with an Asta Vision Live project with an associated baseline in Asta Powerproject, with the baseline displayed in the current view, the following error appeared if you attempted to edit the project following a temporary failure of your network connection: 'Error processing notifications and view error had to close'.
Resolution	The error was caused by the baseline being unavailable following a network connection failure, but Asta Powerproject being unaware of this. Now, following a network connection failure, Asta Powerproject requests that baselines are reopened, which prevents this problem from occurring.
