Description | Since the release of Asta Powerproject version 16, customers using certain configurations of file redirection have been unable to open, create or save projects when using Asta Powerproject with Windows RemoteApp. | ||||
Resolution |
This issue was caused by the Windows API method ReplaceFile failing when Asta Powerproject was used with Windows RemoteApp. To resolve this issue, it is now possible to turn off SQLite Network File Handling by editing the Windows Registry. You should do this only if you experience problems opening, creating or saving projects when using Asta Powerproject with Windows RemoteApp.

Description | Before this release, if you wanted to open an Asta Powerproject project in Primavera Cloud, you had to export it in XML format and open it in Primavera P6, then export it from Primavera P6 in a format that can be opened in Primavera Cloud. Customers requested the ability to export projects directly to Primavera Cloud. | ||||
Resolution | You can now export Asta Powerproject projects in a format in which they can be opened in Primavera Cloud, by choosing to export the project in XML format and selecting the Oracle Primavera Cloud check box that has been added to the Primavera XML & XER Export Options dialog. |

Description | A customer reported that Asta Powerproject became unresponsive when certain products were selected in an IFC model: it could take up to twenty minutes before Asta Powerproject was usable again after selecting a product. | ||||
Resolution | The problem that caused this issue has been resolved, so it is now possible to select objects in the IFC model without Asta Powerproject becoming unresponsive. |

Summary | Unable to check out a version 16.0.01 format programme if it has previously been downloaded to the same computer. | ||||
Description | Before this release, it was not possible to check out an Asta Vision programme if a copy of the programme had previously been downloaded to the same computer - Asta Powerproject would report that the checked out programme was corrupt. | ||||
Resolution | The problem that caused this issue has been resolved, so it is now possible to check out programmes that have previously been downloaded to the same computer. |
