Rename User Field dialog
You use the Rename User Field dialog to enter a new name for the user-defined field you selected in the User Field Manager dialog.
How to access the Rename User Field dialog
To access the Rename User Field dialog, select a user-defined field in the User Field Manager dialog and click Rename.
Explanation of the fields on the dialog
| Field | Description |

| Original name | The current name of the user-defined field. |
| New name |
Enter a new name to apply to the user-defined field.
In order to prevent possible conflicts with future versions of Asta Powerproject, we advise you to prefix your user-defined field names with a unique string such as your company name. For example, rather than calling a field 'Telephone', call it 'Your company Telephone'. |
